It all depends on the size of the pot you are using now... Figure for the first month of growth the root ball will go as deep as the plant is tall.. So if you are using a 4 inch pot and the plant is over 4 inches tall.. time to move up... I typically go from a 1/2 gallon container to 5...

If you put your plants out before April 1st then they will probably flower regardless especially if they are indica dominant.. My last short season plants (bubba pre-98) were put out to flower on April 5th.... :) You should probably be feeding those ladies with bloom products ;)
