Ok well thats not relevant here, and my advice to this guy is he has start of rot IMO. Even if if PM, look at you're humidity first and go from there, most cases of rot come from roots, in my experience. I'm not trying to challenge you Bwpz just saying nor PM is the culprit in my opinion judging...

No you need to cool your room to 70 to expect 75 in your room, with a inline fan exhausting outside. If you can't accomplish that you are dealing with extreme temps and possible problems such as hermies.

if fungus then take a generous cut of anything remotely risimbuling mold. I've had rot in my exp, this looks like the start, the problem comes in the roots.

I scrub in my sealed room. I still smell it, but it was reduced immensely. I think the next step to remove odor completely would be a ozone generator.

My grape ape looks like that when I use tap water, its super hard therefore locking out cal/mag. I bought R/O since, and I don't add cal mag, my GH 3 part has enough in it.. My plants since been happy. Anotherwards IMO skip the cal mag..
