Oh hell nawww. You need to make several changes. First go out and buy 4 23 watt or above daylight (6500k) cfl's. Then you need to go and get some 1g pots and transplant the plants. then you need to buy a cheap ph tester at your local pet shop. then you need to not water more than every 3 or 4...

You can get those jars from walmart. That looks like about a little over a half a pound. Congrats man.
