Very carfully! lay on side ( next to new hole), kinda squeeze the sides all the way around, then lightly holding the stalk next to the dirt, start working it out of pot, move directly to new hole, top up with dirt, water and taadaa! your done, not so hard.

Change the water/nute out with fresh. top with straight water when needed. Change (I change the water/nutes in my aeroponic cloner every 2 weeks) every week to 2 weeks. I only add nutes when I change out the entire solution.

I use my tank water for our houseplants, they look great. I have not used it on my girls. I don't know the amount of nuts that would be in it.

Azatrol, I found it @ local hydro shop, but you should be able to find it or something just as good @ a nursery. If it's a systemic, Azatrol is, it can help keep all pests away, Including spider mites.. Just make sure you stop using at least 3 weeks b4 harvesting, so it can clear out....
