Growing during winter with supplemental lighting

Yes it will work ive done it a few times. Make sure the timer kicks in just before sundown and keep a small cfl going until about 11-12pm to stop flowering. Make sure the glow of the light at night till 11pm doesn't look weird to the neighbors. .

Slow to no growth (4 and 3 week olds)

Not a good start, next time use just coco, RW cubes or seed raising mix to start them not peat. Hydro nutes and monitor the ph more.

    What's wrong with these?

Are they in the process of cloning or seedlings? not enough info. They look crap whatever stage they are at. The mother plant must have some issues.

Thriving to basically dead in 3 days?

Root rot. Not much you can do now, next grow use H2O2 concentrated at about 30% at 1:600 in the res every 4 days . You could also try a chiller to control pathogens.

    Seeds Start Faster Than Clones

The seedlings will grow faster, clones can take up to 2 weeks to start growing even if roots are there. Seedling cant flower for first 4-5 weeks so they take longer than clones to start flowering.

What’s wrong with my plant? Dark green veins. Canoeing

The crap one is nute burnt, flush , dont feed or water again until its recovered. A good guide to outdoor planting in AUS is not before Oct 20 and dont have them going from 18+ hours in grow room to 13 hours outside, this will trigger flowering for sure. Start them in the sun.

Ice cream stick for the splint and plastic clothes pegs x 2 to hold it there. Pegs are better as there is no damage when removing it and not stem rot from tape etc.

Is this nutrient burn or mag def/lockout?

The brown spots are salt burn from the pot being too small drying too often, salt builds up and burns the plant. When you re pot , water first then after it drains tip the pot upside down squeeze sides of pot, hold the base of the stem and gently slide it out of the old pot, have the new pot...

Should I be feeding during this rain?

There is no better time to feed. When it rains outdoor plants take up nutes faster and grow much better. When its hot and dry plants go into lock down and do very little waiting for the rains to come.

    All tops are turning yellow

I think its too much light or nutes. Try again raise the light and only use canna vega for now. Th yellow ones are stressed and probably wont come back.

    seeds gone ?????

Sounds like it is mice or rats. The husk should be there or close by if it is rodents as they dont eat the husk. Get a dome for now and clean your fucking house up a bit more and put some traps out .

Is this nutrient burn or mag def/lockout?

You need to re pot it into a bigger pot. The yellowing is a classic sign of root stress being too root bound plus salt builds up quicker in the small pot between feedings causing more issues.
