I agree its K deficiency. This will get worse and you will lose final weight. Those big girls need extra feeding, get some potash in there, and foliar feed with liquid potash for a month.

They look like they need more potassium, is there enough K in the nutes you are using? You need to start extra K just before flowering next time.

You need to feed it, its very deficient. When the medium has no food in it you need to feed from the start. Seedlings need some nutes or they end up stunted .

Looks like they are being over fed and burnt in the medium you are using. Brown spots, edges is nute/salt burn.

That right, i doubt that buds nearly ready are going to start producing seeds which takes 6 weeks min. The nanners are small, turn the fans off and only run a dehumidifier. Dont spray anything on them , buds at this stage are too vulnerable to moisture and mold.

Change the light period to 12 hours for 9-10 days then back to 18/6, sex the plant to make sure its a female. Keep it alive (thats about all your light is capable of) till spring and put it out in the sun in a big hole you have dug and prepared. Have extra lighting (like a backyard spotlight)...

The cubes should never be more than approx 50% wet in weight from the start and if the clones are thick stemmed from a healthy mother with a good stem cut and sterile tools you dont need a dome, they draw...

I think its time to re pot into a pot twice that size at least. You will get more weight if you re pot and she wont go thirsty as often (pot keeps drying too quick) in a bigger pot.

Major stress happening here. It could be shock from rough transplanting, over watering (let the pots dry more), and they hate the room they are in and the lights, back off to a cfl or led until they show signs of recovery, reduce/stop watering and feeding until they start drinking again.

It looks ok, only worry if the new growth looks burnt.
