Try a better medium for indoor growing like coco made for indoor growing or other hydro medium and use hydro nutes.
That stuff you have there looks shit.
Firstly what are you talking about here , what do you mean you remove them to destroy infection ? Did you yank them out of the cups before they were rootbound?
Anyway it is overwatering due to you watering when it doesnt need watering and the fucking giant buckets they are in. Bro you cant put...
The light is only good for vegging , not flowering. For flowering try a CMH with a finishing lamp or a good old 600w HPS., this way you will get big solid heavy buds again instead of the light as a feather harvest you have there.
You need to re pot its root bound and stressed.
Limp curled leaves are a sign and the brown spots are also a sign you need to re pot, The brown spots are salt burn from the pot drying too quickly.
The roots have to take hold in the soil, when this happens they will grow much quicker and look more vigorous.
Also im not sure about the clover indoor, you dont need the extra N and indoor you have more chance of disease, pests etc. Try hydro next time for better results.
You need to jack up the ppm, 50 will not cut it bro, what were you thinking?
the medium has no nutes in it so you need to feed as per instructions on the label, at least 300ppm.
Do you really think cling wrap will keep moisture in the soil? Its a bad idea because your soil cant receive moisture from light rain or heavy dews, when you you go back to check it the soil will be bone dry and surrounding soil wetter. Dumb idea bro.
