I usually get about a 15% return on popcorn nugs. With sugar leaves and trim, more like a 5-10% return. So for every 10 grams of popcorn I usually get about 1.5- 2 grams of oil. But if I mix the popcorn with sugar leaves and trim, I'll most likely get about 10% return
