What sort of dimming options does your light have? Also, how many watts does it draw from the wall?

Very true. Another reason i love QBs... i can use my Quantum Boards in damn near any situation. Too much light? Turn my drivers down a bit. Need more light spread? Space the boards out. Need side lighting? Can do that too. It's really hard to go wrong with QBs.

A single QB 288 v2 running soft (100 watts or so) would rock a 40x40 cm space.

Well at this point you have yet to talk to a representative of HLG, so you don't really know what tests they do or do not run. Secondly, you stated that you are working for a competitor, so how does HLG know that you'd be impartial and acting in good faith when conducting your tests?
