You can brew with just EWC and if possible some product containing bacteria. Then you take a cup of that tea, put some ZHO in it and pour on the roots. That way most funghi will come into contact with roots.

Bennies multiply fast in brewing res because there is sugar disolved so they can eat as much as they need to. If you added them straight into the res, they would probably just starve.

Look, my plants are in veg vor 2 months and they can drink 2,5 L a day. The bigger you can get your rez the better. And whatever you do, the plants are going to be stressed. I would not risk puting them to flower mode at this moment as they would be great hermie candidates.
