if you can, grow, get atlest 2 moor bulbs go for 2700k or warm bulbs, but the plants look nice, and you dont wont to veg them to big with cfl,,,good luck:weed:

you say you have a fan blowing in? but have you cut any holes in the top to let the hot are out? as you do need them? and i wood put 2 or 3 pc fans at the exts to? when them plants are still small and in veg, it will be beter if you use that 200w cfl,,,good luck

are you shore its root bound? as i have had plants 6 feet tall in 1 gal pots and never had any root bound probs, if it is? i wood fill that pot, rite to the top as thats 2 moor gal,,
