.if they are flying then they are gants. from the pic it looks like you have mites as well and some heat stress.spray them with neem oil.. you can also use crushed red pepper seeds 1tlb.3 drops dish washing soap to i litter watter. spray the plant , soil. make sure you spray the bottom of the...
This is straight out of the grow bible
"Marijuana Pests – Ants
Ants don’t technically pose a threat to your cannabis garden,
but they are an indicator of an underlying threat that you may
not notice. Ants are attracted to marijuana not because they like
the taste of the plant, but because the...
those ants and grass hoppers aren't the problem. they are helping you with the real problem. they like to eat aphids and whiteflies, and spider mites. i would bet you have spider mites from the look of the yellow spots.
im not sure but it looks like in might be a Sulfur deficiency from lock out. when you get the PH in range you shouldnt need to fertilize more than once a week. too much will cause lock out.
well if you grew the plant and had some stress that caused it to herm. then the seed is female and good.
if you diddnt have stress and the plant herm. by its self them it will carry the herm gene. hope this helped
how many weeks has she been flowering? looks to me like 3 or 4 weeks and it takes 8 to 12 weeks to finish. she is nowhere close to being done.looks to me like you have 6wk or so to go.
yes you are right. a light leak can cause a plant to go hermaphrodite. If a female plant flowers and pollinated its self then those seeds will be female.
yes we need a pic. and more info. what kind of soil, what kind on nutes, what kind of lights, how old are they? That being said. if you are HID lights the watering should be fine. taking a shot in the dark if they are seedlings and the soil is to hot and you shouldn't feed anything to them for...
some thing else to think of. just like any clone if it gets too much light at first they will wilt just like the one you have try putting it in the corner of the grow area farther away from the light within a few hours you will see a change. i would say too much light too soon
for a true sativa thats right 14wks. the good news is if you took clones off her they only take around 9wks. i just went through the same thing with one of mine. i was ready to pull it but when i put one of her babies into flower after 1 1/2 wks it had nice buds on it and it finished in 9wks
relax dude its ok. more info will help but i would say it has to do with the breeder that made the seed. when they cross different strands sometimes they have a hard time locking down all the traits they want the plant to have. so its in the genetics of the plant. it will be fine. i have a sweet...
hay and welcome to the site. it sounds like your off to a good start. i would start then in the tent because the tents help keep pest out, with the light about 2 to 3 ft high im not sure about how strong the light is either. and do a search on the net for grow books most of them can be downloded...
I have a quick question about gnats. i use all organic in my grow. in fact i copy the TOL by the REV. i dont keep a mother plant either. i just take cuttings from her as i move them into flower. the cuttings are put into aeroponics so no soil is in my cuttings box. well today i noticed gnats...
it looks like the soil is too hot for them. i would do a flush on them and dont feed anything yet. most times all the young ones needs is water for the first 3 to 4 wks. and let the plant tell you when to feed.
