If I bubble tab water for 24 hours. Then add a tea with mycro's, will they live in tap water?

I wouldnt worry about a fan until it has its second or third set of leafs.

Would carboload be okay to use instead of molasses? I have a bottle from when I was doing a chem grow and was wondering if carboload can be used to fuel microbes.
