Man...I'm thinking about harvesting all these plants, and even worse drying and curing them. I wish someone had a business where they would come and get the plants, trim them, dry them, cure them, and bring the finished product back. Obviously they would get to keep 25% of the total dry weight...

That's for sure. Im on the South shore of MA so I feel ya there. Maybe look into that jar trick more. If it's for breeding 2 specific strains that would probably be perfect. Good way to get the pollen without letting him go buck wild on on the ladies. Haha

The only other thing I could think of would be based on geography...if you live in an area where the wind mostly travels in one direction (because of mountains, ocean etc) then as far away as possible in the direction that will keep him down wind from this years girls.

From what I've read (no experience) pollen can travel...FAR. Like, further then you could ever accommodate for reasonably. What I've read/heard of people doing is moving the male as far away as possible, and waiting for the first sac to open. Then chopping the whole top and putting it in a jar...

Man...this is my first time growing anything sativa...how many times should I top these things? I'm afraid of how tall they will get. Should I just keep topping it every time it bounces back up until flower? The flower stretch has me worrying! Hahah

Those are some legit plants my friend. They look like they are loving this weather. I'm in the same position with the size. Not sure what's happening, but my plants are almost all the same size as they where when I finished last year in October. Its awesome, but also a little concerning. Haha...

Second to last light pruning tonight. So far they have responded with explosive growth to my cleaning up the bottom, topping, and thinning out the shaded older leaves and useless popcorn biz. Hoping it pays off at the end. So far so good. They are ripping thru water because of the heat/wind...

I had similar looking issues at the beginning of the season. Has growth slowed? Is their water intake the same? I couldn't figure it out when my plants looked like that. Flushing didnt help. I ended up transplanting and found out the soil had somehow got super packed and was about 200 degrees...
