sounds more like a soil or watering problem. are you using new soil or used? if used, have you properly prepped it for a new grow? have you checked the ph of the soil?

as much total light as you have, you'd like that much per adult female plant to get a good yield. less light will work but you'll produce a lot less bud. and you should mix your soil and perlite better so the perlite's evenly distributed throughout the pot.
