you're welcome
still expecting to get the last laugh in about 6 weeks.
you had to have done something else. no way cutting off five or six fan leaves and topping/fimming will kill a plant. post the details of your grow and some pics and i or someone else can help.
where? pics?
yes, it...
very easy - use your hand at the top of the plant as a temperature gauge, lower the light as far as you can with your hand being comfortably warm, not hot.
here's a detailed ac calculator from consumer reports - it even lets you include appliances (ie lights) and their heat. http://www.consumerreports.org/cro/a...heet/index.htm
do not change what you've been doing unless you want your next post to be about how to fix the problems you started here. i'm sure one on the resident botanists on site, which wouldn't be me, can tell you why the number of blades change, but i would bet a good yield it has nothing to do with...
it sounds like your soil is not draining well because weed doesn't like constantly wet roots. did you add perlite or sand to your soil mix to improve drainage? does your pot have holes in the bottom to allow excess water to run out?
i had that happen once and have since put the paper towel in a slightly open plastic sandwich bag and have never had to add water again after the first time. note where i live, too.
the general point is right but the math is wrong. it's worse. the intensity of light drops as the inverse square of distance, so if you have 3,000 lumens per square foot at 5 inches you have 3,000/4 = 750 lumens per square foot at 10 inches. it's really important to keep cfl's within a couple...
it is a really bad idea to grow more than one plant in a single container. competing roots, inability to treat one plant without affecting the other, bad karma.
and i assume you have a timer for your lights and you have done something to get adequate ventilation and odor control.
is that 260...
looking like a good start. what you're going to want to watch for:
1. you will need to transplant to a larger container within the next couple of weeks. when you do, add 1/3 perlite or sand to the potting soil - weed likes soil that drains well.
2. make sure your pot has holes on the...
if the clones are already rooted then you can get the light as close as you can without excessive radiant heat. put your hand at the top of the plants and lower the light as low as you can with your hand being comfortably warm but not hot. if you have an aircooled hood you should be able to...
