It all depends on the strain and how prone they are to stress it really just depends. Keep your eye on them and try to be a better parent thats all and they should be fine.

No you cant plug a 150w anything into a 400w ballast. Temps keep rite around 70 is perfect and humidity um if you have sativas keep them above 25% and for indicas you can goas high as about 55% or so just to be safe. Keep it lower in flower if you can.
