your plants would be better of with someone else aswell seen as you dont know what your doing, no1 can give you an answer either just from a picture ideally need your setup info aswell you could be treating something you dont even have making your mistake worse than it is

your always going to have high temps is you dont have an exhaust you need to take all the stale hot air out and replace it with fresh air

if its an autoflower you should leave it on 18/6 or 20/4 the whole way

you can quick dry on top of your hood or ballast, but for 0.5 you may aswell just wait until your done will be better off

overwatering is when you water when the medium hasnt dried out e.g. watering everyday, flushing is just all at once at the end of a grow or if you come into problems

theres people in the uk that run more than 3000w and get away with it everyday cant make it any more simpler if you pay your bills and dont tell anyone then theres nothing to worry about
