it would be for flowering but it wouldn't be any good cause the n-p-k is all to little get something with more n and less p-k for veg and more p-k then n for flowering don't over do it though i'd get a 15-5-5 veg and 5-15-15 flowering (that's an example)

i don't over water it if anything i underwater it but i know i don't do that either and i have gardener and bloome it's a good soil and i didn't mix anything except the organic nutes it shouldn't be dying i think it gets enough nitrogen
