Are those 100watt cfl's ACTUAL watts? If they aren't, that is whats important. The actual watts. Also, CFL's are ok for seedlings, but for vegging and flowering I highly reccomend HID lights. You can get a 150 watt HPS with enclosed ballast(sunsystem) for around 70 bucks. And the heat is not too...

I have been using my leaves as an indicator as to when I should water. At 1st it was when they were drooping. But after staring at these beauties 3 and 4 times a day for the past 4 months I can tell before they start to do a bunch of heaving drooping.

Agreed. But under certain circumstances its ok. Also, I read an article online today that said you can slow dry in open air with pretty good results compared to curing. I think I may skip the cure on this 1st batch and go for a slow dry. I would NEVER put my weed, or anyone elses for that...
