Lumens refer to the measure of how much a light a bulb puts off. Higher wattage bulbs have more lumens, which means their light dissipates later, thus more penetrating light to the plant.

I had no trouble. I ordered fem. I germ'd 4, and saved the last one that I want to grow with my Pineapple express. The first one sprouted in less than 24 hrs, the second sprouted maybe 6 hours after that, the third took like 3 days to sprout. I thought the 3rd was a dud, that's why I ended...

I'm currently growing it now. It's a real bushy one. I have smoked some (not nirvana) before and it's real smooth, nice tasting smoke. Here are some pics below of the oldest plant at 20 days old. It's just about 6 inches tall.

Yes I did transplant. At the time I took the picture it was 5 inches across. I moved the lights up to allow a little stretching to get light to the middle of the plant. The strain is Nirvana Seeds Master Kush feminized.

They also have sunsystem grow lights on ebay from HTG Supply. They say their HPS bulbs come with 30% more cool/blue light.

Just felt like showin' my lil' plant off. She's 2 weeks old, and a little over 3 inches. Just started her on FF nutes today. She took it well, even for the high PH spike before I PH down'd the soil.
