for that size tent i would go with a 250m3/ph.... or more.. i have a 350m3 for a 1 x 1 x 180 tent and a 400 watt lamp in it... and my temps is exactly at 28 when lights are on... aim for bigger than what you could use cause who knows you may add a filter or cooltube one day and in that case...
