The ph on the bottled water should actually be more stable than direct tap water(depending on your local area). It does however run higher than it should be. More on the alkaline side of the spectrum. If your plant(s) are in soil I believe you want a 6.5 ph and in a hydro setup you want a 5.5...

Typically you would alternate between plain water then feed water. We start to give our plants flower nutes when the first flowers start to show. Oh yeah be sure to ph your water every time. When you have about 2 weeks left in your flower period you can give the plant(s) plain ph'd water to...
