General approach to selecting genetics when growing from seed?

Unless you have extensive experience with a strain it is impossible to tell much from the seedlings. All plants need to be grown out to understand their properties. Also taking into consideration how the grow went. Was their issues? Did it grow great but the results weren't great? Etc lots of...

    Bad looking seedling

Transplanting would help the plant immensely. Seems like a shot glass and a half 3 days ago is far too little. Try to keep the soil moist.

    Bad looking seedling

Yes that's what I meant, thank you. More forgiving as in you have more time to react in soil and the frequency of water is less. Some new growers can be thwarted by the multiple water/feed cycles per day in coco. Some folks grow in coco better than soil and vice versa. Guess it all depends on...

    Deficiencies in living soil

The pH stopped being adjusted and problems began, as I read that. Definitely keep adjusting the pH after the nutrients are mixed. I would give the plant a feeding of bloom food asap.

    Problem or paranoid..... again

What are the white spots all over the leaves? EC seems high but the plants don't look like it is negatively affecting them.

Twisting new growth? Can’t handle the lights? All other leaves good

Twisting leaves are a sign of pH problems. Taco'ing leaves are a sign of humidity problems. Best I can do without pics.

Help can someone tell me what those spots are and what’s going on with her?

It looks like your pH is too low. Without knowing any info I'd say back off on the nutrients a touch and get the pH dialed to 6.5. If you post some details such as soil, water, nutrients, environment, lighting etc it is much easier to help diagnose.

    Ok, My dumbest question yet!

Regular seed x regular seed = Males and Females Reversing a female plant will result in feminized seeds. Reversing a male will result in buds, no seeds. There isn't a way to make all male seeds to my knowledge.

Is this light burn or nutrient deficiencies?

With the bigger light comes a bigger nutrient requirement. Plant needs a good dose of veg nutrient. It looks like spidermites possibly. The photo resolution is very good but I can't quite positive id them. There are marks on the leaves and I am pretty sure I see mites on the leaves.

    Brown Spots on leaves ?

The plant is starving. You need to up the feed. I would give the plant a solid dose of grow and Bloom mixed 50/50. Ph 6.3. hold off on that cal/mag until you get some feed in the plant. I know it looks like a calmag issue but it is also deficient in everything so the base feed needs to happen first.

    Bad looking seedling

Looks like coco? The plant looks like the pH is way too high, too cold, under watered, under fed, under lit. Coco needs to be kept moist. Also it needs some nutrients each watering. Your plant looks to have dried and looks cold. I would feed the plant and keep that coco moist or start over. It...

Start to finish how much nitrogen does a marijuana plant need.

You could only possibly figure that out for a specific cultivar after several test runs with a baseline and several plants with various inputs. Sounds like a fun project but is the juice worth the squeeze? What is the point of knowing or caring how much total N a plant uses during its life...

What Is Wrong With My Plant

The plant looks very overwatered to me. Then maybe dried out? Cold? The plant is done, it is time to start over and get the environment correct.

Germ Rate % on seed package

That would be breeder specific. Lots of vegetable seed packets have the germ rate on them and some cannabis seed breeders are also putting germ rates on packaging. Then again a lot of "breeders" have no clue as they don't test their seeds.
