Thats what a see of green is all about, lots of plants but just concetrating on the cola and a few extra nuggets from the high branches. The branches close to the bottom you should just cut them off, they would not get enough light and they can bring you fungus and insect issues.

To veg your clones for 2-3 weeks about 1/2 gallon should be enough, with one gallon you could veg them about 5weeks...

I dont think its a good Idea to let them stay in the Dome that much time, not even under the flo's. I would veg them at least 2 weeks rather more, you have enough light and room for this with 20 clones, and if they get a little bit more bushy you will harvest more, that's a good thing I guess^^
