i dont know if this is normal but this is the second time i've done this and the first time all the clones died, but now one clone is doing the same thing but the others are still in good shape... the clone that has a problem was doing good the first 2 days and now the top leaves are...

i have enough money to buy a 150 watt hps or a 250 hps ...which would be good for a good grow? room is 22" deep 3' wide and 5' tall..i would swap if have to for decent growth need response asap from experienced growers so i can get the light ASAP...
