Would it be possible to grow dank bud with 6 23Watt cfl?

Ok, this is what I need to know. Would 1 decent sized plant (not an auto) be able to grow in conditions of a 2' wide, 1' long, and 2.5' high grow box? Plant is preferably whitewidowXbig bud, or just g13's white widow. Much appreciation from a pro ;) Peace!

So, is it fine if i keep a cheap 250 watt hps running for 24/0 for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 60 days of veg, 25 days of flower? Oh and to save time (i know this is not relevant) But would i be able to use foxfarm soil throughout the whole grow? or do i absolutely need nutes?

mkay, this is my setup plan (no pics sorry) A 150 watt hps setup into a small 2x2x3 stealth box, a mounted personal fan, and 4 lowryders. You think this will work through?

Would a 150 Watt setup into a (2-3' Height, 2-3' length, and 2-3' width) be a normal space to grow 4 Autoflowering plants in? The space is enclosed but it will have a small personal fan in it. Will this be enough?
