Thanks for the real answer, working on new grow trial with low heat light source light cfl but much more expensive. but your answer and this post helped me choose this direction. peace stevey G

Solemhypnotic, new grower here, how do you like the cfl lighting ? and if you do which ones you recommend? keep hearing about LED's but these forums are getting me even more confused, any help pointing me in the right direction would be awesome, ready to live and learn
