Good to know. That's why I got the 900, thought that might be a better replacement for 600 hps. It's actual draw is just over 400w

Awesome man. So when they're a bit bigger what height you recommend starting at? (with just veg switch on). And get them used to the bloom switch just before flowering then? Or just after a few week. Thanks in advance

Thanks man, as I don't have access to a t5 when do you think I'd be ok to put them under, the CFL is ok but doesn't provide the coverage I need as I have to keep it low. Don't wanna risk burning though. The viparspectra done a decent job for you then? I plan on using the 900 all the way through...

Hey recently purchased one of these as a cheap light till I can afford a higher end led. Just wondering if anyone is using one, when you put your seedlings under it, (under a few CFLs at the mo) and at what distance. Thanks in advance. Help from other 900w led users appreciated too!
