That's not a problem at all, even if they are starting to get a little root bound at this point once you transplanted them you should have a nice growth spurt, it's best to wait until the pre flowers appear, changing the light cycle will not make this happen any faster

Personally I dry out the soil before harvest, but that's for quicker drying, I find that 48h darkness prior to harvest does the trick, would never use boiling water though

They are looking good, You should see the pre flowers soon enough, you won't need a magnifier to spot them. You didn't mention height of the light, could possibly be moved a bit lower

Thanks dude, I haven't misted them and weened them out the dome, I've had it off the entire day with no signs wilting, in fact 2 of them are now noticeably taller, I've moved them now to 4" away from the light

Thanks for the tip, I left the dome half on for 12 hours today but noticed a few of the leaves were starting to wilt, so I misted them a bit and left the dome half on, was this the right thing to do?

Thanks for your help, I have kept the lights 6" above the dome and hopefully you can see from the pic I drilled 8 x 2" holes on the dome to promote air flow and have been spraying 2 times a day, will it be safe now to leave the dome off?

These I took 10 days ago, been misting twice a day and keeping 95% humidity under the dome with air holes, can I leave the dome off now? Does the "burnt" leave tips indicate a problem? PH is 6.8
