my ballast is also very hot, i can´t put my hand there for 2 seconds i would get burned. is it normal???

what i´m doing already for 1 week is that during the 12 hours light i leave them in the lights and after those 12 hours i put them in the garden to get the sun light. Is it bad to do this??

Hey man, I would like to ask you how can i manage with only 1 light 400w grow plants with 2 diferent periods(flworing and bloom)??? i can see that in your closet u have big plants and small ones i´m asking u this cos od the 18/18 and 12/12 periods thanks a lot!

Heyy, no i started with small pots and later i place them in bigger ones.............and it seams that the growing issue is solved, their are growing much more. The problem it wasn´t cause by the size of the pots but yes eating problem that delayed the grow. (the city were i live was very hot...

Thanks a lot matte, and let me tell you that or its my impression or the look much better PS:i googled rootbound and i think it was not my case cos when i change the pots i saw the roots and they were vertucal and not in circles, i think that the slow grow it was cause by the hot weather that...

I´m growing indoor but the temperature outside was around 30 celcious, which makes some influence indoor( i don´t have air cond) and regarding rootbound i think its too early to see cos i´ve made the transplant yesterday......or made i´m wrong :) (i´m begginer)

So i´ve already changed the pots size and i remenber that the out side weather was aroud 30 celcious so probably that´s what it caused the all growing problem........so lets see if in one week everything is solved and if i can start doing 12/12.

I whater them in the morning, and just now in the afternoon i´ve made the transplant..............my question is to i need to put more whater today????????

i didn´t made any transplant....but i´m not sure if i´m watering in the right way cos i do it interupting their sleep. Can it be cos of that?? and i´m going to do like DownOnWax told me to do (bigger pots) hope it works :)

forgot to say that they hace almost 2 months under 400W

It seems that the grow stoped completely....they look like bonsay:) Do u know what can it be????no grow no smoke!!!!!
