Title says it all. I have a plant that has begun flowering, can i let her sit in 13 hours of light a day and 11 darkness and have her stay in flowering or is 12 / 12 Adamant with all photo period strains?

Title says it all, I have a plant that is outdoors under sunlight she's 19 inches tall right now, a pretty healthy looking plant, although she's bendy in a couple weird places because i failed at LSTing her. Maybe 1 - 2 weeks till i send her into flower.

As you can see in the pics below only one half of my plant which is outdoors 12 / 12 is covered in yellow spots, haven't watered with nutes in 2 weeks is this some type of deficiency?

I sent my plant into flowering approx 1 week 2 days ago, since it began all her lower leaves have been drooping while the higher up ones recieving light have been perfectly normal. Is there anything i can do to help this or does this normally occur in photo-period plants.
