Been on 12/12 since Aug 20th, do these look like they are flowering

All the roots looked super white and healthy both times I transplanted, my plants look super healthy too but the way people were telling me I figured I would of had some bud on the plants by now.

Been taking super good care of them since they were 1 week old because that's when I got them. I Vegged them for 4 maybe 5 weeks and put them into flower Aug 20th but they just started showing hairs a few days ago, the first 6 days of flower I checked for light leaks and found a few but nothing...

These have been 12/12 since Aug 20th, growing indoor inside a shed. I started seein white hairs about 5 days ago on all 4 plants but I'm a first time grower and just wanna hear some opinions
