Great advice! The blanket trick would work great instead of moving it. Ill be sure to also cover up those windows too. All i got to do now is find a way to build a grow area without using cardboard cus my parents dont want me using that because of fire hazard.

You can also try the lights at first with shitty seeds if you are afraid they will not grow...this is what i plan on soing with my first plant... But i think you will be able to grow with those because i watched som1 grow a plant with only a 30 watt cfl on utube

ohkay thats sweet because I wanted to move it upstairs maybe in a closet so it wont get much light from other things because in my cellar during the daytime alot of light comes in threw the windows and i dont want my plants light cycle to be messed up.

yah so that comes out to like 40 grams? 2 bulbs that are 40 watt = 80 watts times .5 grams is 40 grams. I would be more then satisfied to get this much off of a first time grow that is using 12/12 cycle from seedling

what are those things called that you can screw in 2 light bulbs in 1 thing and it runs on a main wire to an outlet...a fixture or ballast or something iunno im a dumass lol...

well my plan was to get 1 40 watt daylight(6500k) cfl and 1 40 watt warm white or softwhite(2700k) cfl both on 1 plant, do you think this will work at all? when i say 40 watt i mean their equivalent to like 150-200 incandescent
