Is it a digital timer? I had to toss my digital timers. Not sure 100% why because I never observed this happen...but I assume I have small brown outs and these cause the digital timer to fault out. When the digital faults it does not reset to on...the default is off. So it never turns...

Seems soil is the problem here. Change it out or start over like you did in the past. The soil should have food. You should not need to feed a plant in soil for the first week or so.

How old is that plant? It hates something you are doing and is just trying to survive. You should see growth every day. Every day the plant should be noticeably bigger. If not something is wrong.

Use different nutes maybe. I put jacks in ro water and with a weak ec I get 6.5 ph or so. The stronger I make it the lower it gets. Ph in water rises with an air stone in it naturally but it should only be a few points and then stabilize. Are you able to use straight tap water? Try...

Yes. After the roots come out the bottom of the net pot. You lower the water level so there is a gap about 1 inch. You want the top of the pebbles to be dry. The base of the plant should never get wet after the roots drop.

Need water level hi in the seedling stage so the water gets all the way to top. After roots drop just need to keep an air gap about 1 inch. Other than that no rules really.
