Thanks for the reply. I popped some seedling in promix bx soil and watered with straight ph'd ro because usually the seedling feeds of the cotyledons for the first couple weeks to sustain life. My seedlings showed significant deficiencies. I added calmag at recommended dose and it helped a bit...

Thanks for the response brother. So you still add recommend dose with ro. Ro strips water of every mineral including calcium. Wouldn't using suggested dose of calmag just put back in what was lost through the filtration process while including what the plant wants/needs? That's what I thought...

Wow. I used 10ml to a gallon last night. Looks fine today. I use CALi-MAGic which calls for 5ml to a gallon. So I figured with the ro the 5ml brings it to normal and the other 5 gives the plant the calmag it needs
