Most all the time I only need a few drops of pH down, it might have been that I grabbed a water jug that still had high level of chlorine. I use both pH meter and drops.

I don't know most of the time the water needs just a few drops of pH down, could have been the chlorine maybe.

I think with LEDs you have to go expensive I have a marshydro 300 from eBay (140watt from the wall) full spectrum, besides the par value vs lumens, and all that the intensity is just not there in low watt LEDs in comparison my hgt supply 400 watt hps vs my marshydro 300 led.

I think that 400 watt hps will do the job. Agree I bought based on price. Paid $132.00 for 400 watt ballast, light bulb, and hood.

Just upgraded to 400 watt hps from HTG Supply 55,000 lumens. What a difference from CFLs wow!! 2nd week of flower..

15 clones transplanted , 15 left in dome waiting on roots. And moms in 1st week of flower.

I got roots in 10 days exact, so far around 7 to 8 that I can see hanging at bottom of dome out of 26 clones. So far... Transplanting into dunkin dounut cups.

Iv desided to upgrade to a 250 or 400 watt hps to finish flower, my low power led (140 true watts from the wall) are just to weak. $70 on eBay marshydro. Good LEDs you need upwards of $500 and up out of my range. Will still use for veg just not flower.

Iv found that adding supplemental lights helps the growth of your plants especially when your grow setup is part diy. I'm using low watt low intensity LEDs and CFLs and so far have had good results for what it is. Just started 1st week of flower.

Taking into consideration the root mass development can adding a tomato cage one week into flower cause root damage? Also has anyone used a scrog over top if cage for added support ? Thanks happy growing...

Girls are doing much much better after getting Advanced Nutrients 3 part jungle juice grow, micro, and bloom with a little help of Superthrive. 90% sure on Not using LEDs for flower. Because of budget hps/mh is going to give me better yields.
