Hey My seedling is on its 3rd set of true leaves, where 4 are supposed to come, and only 3 grew. The 4th one never even formed. Is this just a genetic deformity, will the plant be ok?

Hey, One of my seedlings is growing well, I currently have 130w 450nm T5HO and a T5 65W 6500K. They are two different fixtures, both right over the plant. The lights are on 24/0 and the seedling is growing sideways as if to reach the 6500K. Is my 450nm lights not contributing to growth at...
