I haven't looked that closely but your plants seem healthy(sorta?!!) - problem is your light distribution for 1. In my experience,with various Indica varieties, tying down/scrog type grows help with yield a lot. You might investigate 'topping' as well, not something I do much of but many swear...

Potroast is on the ball - though 20mins IMHO isn't necessary, 5-10 is enough to keep them veg. You could even leave it on 12/12 and have them come on a few times for 5-10 mins during night phase - not something I would do but it will stop flowering, if that's what you want..GL!!
