there is a product called bug buster-o that is a concentrate that you mix in water and spray on your plant. it will take care of your white fly problem quickly, but you don't want to spray shit on your plants if they're 2 weeks away from harvest. here is a link so you know what it looks like...

how far along are you? is this veg or flowering? first thing's first - get some sticky traps asap. there are sprays you can buy too, but this all depends on where you're in in your grow.
