i don't think there is a "too late" for florida, it's just a matter of yield.

the pollen is still very viable and stays that way for several months minimum. if you are storing it in tuperware it will remain viable longer.

imo, it's an overkill on light for plants that small sitting that close together. everything looks tits though!

i wouldn't do it at this point, but if you are going to do it my suggestion would be to bump up an hour each day for when the light turns on and when it shuts off (so that will be about a week for you).

the best germination results for me have always come from the damp paper towel in a ziplock bag method. several people on this forum have complained about the greenhouse pick and mix packs having poor germination rates, but hopefully yours isn't one of them.
