Thanks for the tip bro (Y) :) the light is now about 18-20 inches from the plants adjusted it with a chart I found online.

Photo update i think these are doing well had to move them further away because the light was drying the cubes out pretty quickly now the light distance to the 600w hps is about 50-60cm i think this is alright?

So I ditched the idea about aluminum foil after doing a bit of research. But I have white painted walls so it should be enough. Seedlings are doing really good moved them closer to the light :)

Alright just switched them under a bigger light and they seem to be loving it all seed shells have fallen off and the codylones are starting to rise :)

So bit of a noob question its my first time using the root riot cubes (rapid rooter plugs) can you plant the seedling with the cube to the soil or do I have to rip the cube off somehow? XD thanks in advance!

looking good! :) also getting some aluminum foil today gonna install a few sheets to the sides so the lights gonna reflect more. Just gonna wait a day or a few before I plant them.

So all of the seeds have roots coming out of them but only one of them has sprouted. I'm sure the other 3 will sprout anytime in two days i think. Looking successful so far, and my ghetto humidity dome seems to have done its job perfectly :)
