When you use a glass or loupe, it works SO MUCH BETTER when you shine a light on what youe looking at. Thats what makes the 420 scope nice. Biggun, You can get almost the exact same 420 scope from radio shack for 1/2 the price.

I have both a 30x jewelers loupe and also the 420 scope. Both are fine and useful. The 420 scope definately gives you a good look but you'll need to cut a small sugar leaf and place it on the table to get a good look.
