    Soil and lime questions w/pics

I wouldn't use the pellet, and not sure about grinding it. Most home depots carry this brand of garden lime

PH level during flowering? I tested mine, according to the chart its at 6.0

For soil 6 is too acidic - 6.7 is ideal - 6.5 is tolerable For Hydro 6 is probably ok

    Wecome to the jungle

Thanks slabhead, LST is definitely the way to go ;-) More bud sites getting more light = higher yield :leaf:

    Wecome to the jungle

Seem longer than 19 days since I transplanted, but the garden is in a constant state of change/growth. I'm super happy with the results from Myco-Magic. The root growth is incredible; they're growing out the bottoms of the pots, into the wet hydroton underneath - into the watering trays...

    Wecome to the jungle

Yeah veg is usually boring, but these K-Train are growing like weeds! :hump: Thanks for chiming in tryna, it was getting a little too quite here. Thanks Gen, I think this is going to be a good show. I'd grow one 1 indica dominant strain and 1 sativa dominant strain. All MJ is good for...

Hash Oil 101. Quick EZ guide with photos

Vector Gas? Is he trying to say Butane? I suggest you don't put butane on an open stove. Warm water back works fine, just run a pot of coffee (leaving out the coffee), pour that into a secondary pyrex dish, and then place the pyrex with the oil in that. :fire: PVC isn't the best...

flowering: when do pistils stop coming out?

Once bud production slows I let them go another 3 weeks - or so - to let the trichs (THC factories) ripen. Over ripe plants can still put out new pistols, but once most the pistols pull back into the seed pods, they're close to peak...

    Wecome to the jungle

Thanks for noticing Billdo :-P I guess most the other folks who used to follow this thread have moved on. Growth is still exploding. At some point I have to start training. I'll probably supercrop some, and LTS others, once they get a little closer to the lights 2 days ago Today...

Why did my plants droop in secondss

droop could be over-watering. you didn't fertilize? fertilizer shock can also cause droop. Is the humidity high enough? I'm running PH 7 in soil and plants are thriving Plants in Hydro should be lower PH 6.3

3 week old seedling forced into flower

The plant won't flower until it's sexually mature, so I would expect a lot of stretch and low yield :wall:

    Wecome to the jungle

Nice juvenile growth spurt taking place :-P They went 2 weeks between the transplant and the next watering. Fed with myco-madness, rare earth, molasses, and earth grow catalyst. The next day the new growth had exploded The 3 smaller ones are also getting fish emulsion 5-1-1 foliar feeding...

    Wecome to the jungle

HPS has too much red spectrum... I'd like to keep the stretch down. MH/veg HPS/flower has been the standard for a long time. Thanks for asking slabhead. I have an update coming shortly. :bigjoint:

    my ladies are sick

PH6 is pretty low for soil, but they look fine. you only have a little nute burn. Humboldt is known for being very strong. I would never use it full strength. Go with plain water for a couple watering's, then 1/2 strength.

    Importance of direct sunlight??

You need full direct sun to get really good results. they found a kush plant growing on a city street in Chicago last summer, and it was 7' tall before anyone noticed it. Maybe pick a couple separate spots out in the open, and hope they blend in.
