Yes but i see other people wire there ballasts together, in a circuit , and boxing them together, probably creating more heat in 1 area. Maybe your right , it will just spread the heat out more evenly. Once i line the inside with mylar , they will be opaque ;)

sometimes we have to keep things from the people we love , everyone does it at some level - i do it with weed i also have to do 12/12 light period , for smaller growth inside the rubber maid and gona line up the walls with chip packets ( mylar )
