That was the other half of the conversation I didn’t bring up, how can you dictate wattage based on space. What if there’s just 1 plant or 10?? I thought it should be based on plants and nodes like your referring to, the plant should be taking in X amount of light for photosynthesis. I hope...

Awesome, thanks man! The whole space is 2x4 but the area the plants actually take up is 2x3 so I’m hoping I have enough light. I’ll probably grab another screw in LED or ive been looking at HPS lights to finish flower and for the next grows.

Thanks! But I thought I had (2) 300W LED going but after talking with people on the forums I guess they are really only pushing out 132W each, so 264W total for a 3x2 space. So needing 300W for that space at 50W/sq.ft I’m just a little shy of that. Thinking about grabbing a HPS for more red...

Thanks! I just checked them out and for a 2x4 space they don’t put out more than 315w and the 4x4 only 580w. If we go back to @booms111 math at 50w/sq.ft these wouldn’t be sufficient either. 2x4 needs 400w and 4x4 needs 800w. Am I missing something here?
