Your auto will do ok under 12/12, but it would be better to let it finish in another room under 18/6+. Or you keep it in the flower room for the 12 hours, then put it in a closet with a bulb for the other 12 hours. A lot of work, but the plant will finish faster.

It will just slow down the flowering time and you'll have less dense buds. Why can't you buy some new bulbs?

If you're on 24/0, I would gradually reduce it to 16/8, and hold it there for at least a few days before transplanting them outside. Last thing you want is for them to start flowering, then decide winter isn't coming and start to re-veg.

Yeah, depending on how early in flower you are, you can either let the plant finish or keep picking off the nanners. Just remember that the plant will start putting energy toward making seeds than bud.
