Quick update. So I weighed out the options and ended up getting a 5,000 btu A/C today. I figured it was six to one half dozen the other. 100 bucks for the A/C, 100 bucks for another 400 cfm fan so I could run one for the light and one for the filter. Cleaned up the hookups to the tent with 6...
