I personally do wet/dry cycles when I first plant my cuts in new pots to get the root systems established. If you just soak them constantly when trying to establish a new root system you will stunt their growth, especially if in large pots.

How far away is your light? .8 ec is pretty low for those, they are deficient for sure. After about a week my planted clones get 1.5 ec. how big of pots are those and how often are you feeding/watering?
