Was told to supercrop…they were 1+ week into flower. About 12/12 right now outdoor. Bent them over with out much damage but they bent over pretty far, past 90d. They are showing dark bruising at the fold, should I splint them at a true 90d angle? Please any help would be appreciated. Strains are...

Is that like supercropping? If they don’t pop will just a deep squeeze do the trick? Am I squeezing the main stem right below the nodes?
